The beautiful Villa Dupin is located directly on the sea and has a "private" beach, 2 garage parking spaces and a boat dock. The villa is divided into a studio apartment of approx. 50 sqm and another apartment of approx. 100 sqm. Both apartments offer an incredible view of the sea from the terraces.
This is not just a paradise for beach and swimming vacationers. The area is also ideal for hiking and cycling. Two nearby restaurants offer local specialties and fresh seafood.

Which apartments do you offer?
We offer two exclusive apartments: the Studio Apartment Silver on the 1st floor and the large Apartment Gold with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It is also possible to book the entire Villa Dupin, i.e. the whole house with both apartments. Villa Dupin is in a prime location, just 5 meters from the 40 sqm "private" beach. There is also a private mooring for your boat. Each apartment has a spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the crystal clear sea or the beautiful bay of Bobovisca.
How many guests can stay in an apartment?
The approximately 50 sqm studio apartment Silver is ideal for 3 people. There is a double bed and a bunk bed. These can be separated from each other by a folding wall. It has a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with a dining area and a living area with satellite TV.
The terrace with dining area and grill is about 25 square meters. The approximately 100 square meter Gold apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and is ideal for 6 people.
There is a kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area and a living area with satellite TV and various streaming services (Sky, Netflix, Amazon). The terrace with lounge furniture, dining area and grill is about 50 square meters. WiFi is available throughout Villa Dupin. A washing machine is available to our guests in the spacious garage for 2 cars.

The wonderful Villa Dupin is equally suitable for all those seeking peace and quiet, as well as families with and without children, couples, retirees, boaters who love nature and the sea. With its "private" beach, Villa Dupin is of course particularly inviting for beach holidaymakers, but hikers and cyclists will also get their money's worth here.

Since we love animals ourselves, pets such as dogs are generally allowed. Please note that there is a fee of €10 per day per animal.
